Mouser Electronics, Inc., the authorized global distributor with the newest electronic components and industrial automation products, is now stocking the IA-860m Altera Agilex 7 M-Series FPGA card from BittWare. The IA-860m FPGA card features a hardened Network-on-Chip (NoC) that supports the industry’s highest memory bandwidth — over 800 GB/s using high-bandwidth memory (HBM2e). Optimized for throughput and memory-intensive applications, the IA-860m FPGA Card is ideal for cloud computing, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and factory automation.
The BittWare IA-860m FPGA card, now available at Mouser, balances input/output (I/O) and memory capabilities using the Agilex 7 chip’s distinctive tiling architecture. For demanding bandwidth requirements, the IA-860m FPGA card provides 3x 400G networking ports that can be configured for hard Ethernet media access control (MAC), physical coding sublayer (PCS), and forward error correction (FEC).
The IA-860m FPGA Card features PCIe Gen5 x16, doubling data transfer speeds compared to Gen4 and increasing performance capabilities for PC interconnect, graphics adapters, and chip-level communications. Compute Express Link (CXL) support allows high-speed, low-latency interfacing between CPUs and workload accelerators. The FPGA card also supports Intel oneAPI, enabling an abstracted development flow for simplified code reuse across architectures.
With three QSFP-DD cages and an MCIO expansion port, the IA-860m FPGA card meets the needs of a wide range of HPC, AI, and many other memory-intensive applications. The FPGA card is qualified for a range of data center and edge server platforms.
