Amphenol RF is excited to introduce a precision 2.92 mm adapters into our extensive, high-performance adapter portfolio. These adapters offer high-frequency performance up to 40 GHz, ensuring accurate signal integrity across broadband and millimeter-wave test systems. Low VSWR ensures consistent measurement repeatability and minimizes insertion loss. These adapters are intermateable with SMA and 3.5 mm connectors for flexible test configurations. Their ruggedized precision design is rated for 500 mating cycles, ensuring longevity in any field. Their compact form factor makes them ideal for demanding space-constrained applications such as microwave and millimeter-wave test instrumentation, 5G, radar and broadband communication systems and aerospace and defense evaluation setups.

Durable, stainless steel bodies with gold-plated beryllium copper contacts provide long-term mechanical stability and corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Dielectric components use ULTEM 1000 and PTFE for increased mechanical strength, improved phase stability and excellent high-frequency insulation performance. Each configuration is meticulously precision-machined to meet MIL-STD-348 interface standards for guaranteed 2.92 mm compatibility.
