These MCUs enable high-speed operation of the Arm Cortex-M85 core and integrate large-capacity (1MB high-speed MRAM and 2MB SRAM) memory, ensuring superior real-time performance with high precision for demanding industrial applications.
The dual-core option (Arm Cortex-M85 + Arm Cortex-M33 core) allows users to build energy-efficient motor control applications with the main core performing real-time control, while the other core manages system control and high-speed communication, significantly improving parallel operation performance. Optimized digital and analog peripherals and functions feature two 16-bit ADCs with 23 analog channels, a 2-channel 12-bit DAC, advanced communication peripherals with dual gigabit Ethernet ports, an EtherCAT slave controller, CAN FD, plus enhanced security features with an RSIP-E50D cryptographic engine, secure debug, and DML support.
