The connectors feature black zinc nickel plating, are thermally cycled tested, and are environmentally sealed to IP67 when mated.
The Wildcat connectors for UAVs are designed to withstand harsh conditions, including vibration and exposure to fuels, oils, and cleaning fluids. The TE Wildcat connectors also feature interfacial and wire sealing, a positive locking coupling mechanism, and a scoop-proof interface.
