PCIM Asia Shenzhen 2026 – PCIM Asia Shenzhen concluded its 2026 edition at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center on 28 August, bringing three days of technical exchange, industry insights and networking to a close. Across 30,000 square metres of exhibition space, 271 companies showcased products and technologies from across the power electronics value chain, including solutions for e-mobility, AI data centres and renewable energy & smart energy. Alongside the exhibition, the PCIM Asia Shenzhen Conference featured 131 academic presentations by senior experts, scholars and representatives of leading global companies. Together, the exhibition and conference enabled discussion between companies, researchers and technical specialists, earning positive feedback from participants throughout the event.

Global industry leaders convene in Shenzhen
Mitsubishi Electric and Infineon Technologies supported PCIM Asia Shenzhen as Strategic Partners, with Semikron Danfoss, Fuji Electric and ROHM participating as Platinum Sponsors. Among the 271 companies exhibiting were Bosch, Hitachi Energy, Power Integrations, Toshiba and Vishay, which presented technologies and products for a range of power electronics applications. The exhibition also included an application-focused hall in Hall 14, featuring the AIDC Power Ecosystem Zone, the Industrial Chain Display Zone – Power Electronics for E-mobility, the Renewable Energy & Smart Energy Zone, and the Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration Zone.
Industry forums: 17 concurrent events with 115 presentations
The event’s concurrent programme featured 115 technical presentations across 17 forum and seminar tracks, covering the power electronics supply chain from components, systems and materials through to end-use applications.
Two key highlights of the forum programme were the Global Strategy Summit and the Power Semiconductor Rising Stars Summit, which collectively examined market cycles and the commercialisation of new technologies. Professor Leo Lorenz, representative of the European Center for Power Electronics and Chairman of the PCIM Asia Shenzhen Conference Advisory Board, also delivered his first keynote address at the event, addressing global semiconductor device development. Executives from Infineon Technologies, Mitsubishi Electric, Huawei, Eaton, United Nova Technology and Yole Group meanwhile joined roundtable discussions on international growth, power semiconductor manufacturing and power solutions for AI data centres.
Industry, academia and research explore the future of power electronics
Alongside the exhibition, the PCIM Asia Shenzhen Conference brought together expertise from industry, academia and research across three themes: “From device to system”, “From ground to low-altitude” and “From computing power to energy”. The programme comprised three keynote speeches, seven oral presentation sessions, six poster sessions and two AI-focused special sessions, with 131 presentations in total and 1,814 conference visits.
The exhibition and conference programme was well received by exhibitors and visitors, who highlighted the range of technologies on display and the relevance of the technical content to current developments in power electronics.
