Until now, Electronica India and Productronica India have been held once a year, alternating between North and South India. This meant that industry participants in each region had to wait two years for the event to return to their area.
However, in a significant and strategic move, MMI has announced a major update: starting in 2026, Electronica India and Productronica India will be held twice a year — once in April at Greater Noida and again in September at Bengaluru.
This initiative opens up new opportunities for buyers, sellers, and the electronics manufacturing ecosystem. It is a progressive step that aligns with the evolving market landscape and the increasing demand for localised and timely industry engagement.
As the market shifts, stakeholders need to evolve from service-based models to product-focused strategies. This move by MMI is a commendable effort to accelerate and support the growth of India’s electronics manufacturing sector.
