KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally responsible cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at the SMTA Silicon Valley Expo and Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Thursday, Dec. 4 at the Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley. Cleaning experts Curtis Waters and Scott Cain of the KYZEN clean team will be on-site to provide information about the aqueous cleaning solution AQUANOX A4618 and the KYZEN Process Control System (PCS).
KYZEN’s award-winning line of AQUANOX concentrated aqueous cleaning chemistries are formulated to effectively meet the rigorous cleaning challenges within a variety of processes associated with electronic assemblies, including circuit boards and PCBs. Concentrations of these chemistries can be efficiently controlled in cleaning processes with the assistance of the KYZEN Process Control System (PCS).
AQUANOX A4618 is an aqueous cleaning chemistry designed to effectively clean all flux types, including no-clean and Pb-free residues. It is easy-to-use, safe for multi-pass applications, has a long tank life, an adjusted stabilizer package, and leaves mirrored solder finishes. AQUANOX A4618 is a low VOC solution and works most effectively when used at low temperatures and low concentrations.
The KYZEN Process Control System or PCS, controls, monitors and automatically reacts to the dynamic changes in wash concentrations allowing users to maximize high-quality output from inline cleaning systems. KYZEN has continuously improved and advanced the capabilities of the KYZEN PCS from its introduction more than 20 years ago, and it remains the only complete concentration monitoring and control system available in the world.
KYZEN proudly provides effective cleaning solutions and process control tools that allow electronics manufacturers to counter a wide variety of cleaning challenges in a vast array of production processes.
