BMS HIL Test: Pickering Interfaces to Showcase Advanced Test Solutions at electronica India 2026

BMS HIL Test – Pickering Interfaces will showcase its range of industry-standard modular signal switching and sensor simulation products for electronic test and verification – including its new waveform generator module and a BMS HIL test demo – on stand H3.J41 at electronica India, which will take place from September 16-18, 2026, at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru, India.

Part of a global event series including Germany and China, electronica India is South Asia’s leading trade fair for electronics, focusing on components for the design and development of electronic systems and applications, and is co-located with productronica India, which focuses on electronics manufacturing and production.

“At Pickering, we recognize the unique testing challenges engineers face, from reliability to harsh conditions,” said Steve Edwards, Head of Product Management. “Our flexible and scalable modular systems, built on open standards, ensure long-term availability, reduce development time, and accelerate time-to-market, providing adaptable COTS solutions for current and future needs.”

Pickering will showcase its BMS (battery management system) HIL (hardware-in-the-loop) test demo on stand H3.J41. The demo features the following Pickering products:

  • PXI battery simulator module – to simulate batteries in a stacked architecture
  • PXI fault insertion module – to simulate cell shorts and broken wires
  • High power, high voltage and high current PXI switching modules
  • Modules are housed in an LXI chassis with supporting cables and connectors

In addition to its BMS HIL test demo, the company will also highlight the following switching and simulation products:

  • New 41/43-625 PXI/PXIe multi-channel waveform generator analog output modules, part of its growing portfolio of signal sourcing and sensor simulation instrumentation for functional and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test applications
  • Test system design software – Test System Architect, a free online graphical toolset that enables engineers to design, configure, visualize, and document complete signal paths before deployment, reducing development time and minimizing errors
  • PXI chassis, along with a range of signal switching and sensor simulation modules

Also featured will be solutions from Pickering’s reed relay and connectivity divisions.

Pickering Interfaces stands behind its manufactured products with a standard three-year warranty and guaranteed long-term product support.
