The Adaptsys Group, a global provider of manufacturing automation solutions, announces that it will exhibit at SEMICON Europa 2026, taking place November 10-13, 2026, at Messe Munich in Munich, Germany. Visitors can meet the Adaptsys team in Booth C2210, where the company will be joined by V-TEK and BP Microsystems to showcase a comprehensive portfolio of automation technologies designed to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality and flexibility.
For more than 20 years, Adaptsys has partnered with electronics manufacturers around the world to solve complex production challenges through innovative automation solutions. Combining deep industry expertise with leading technologies, the company helps manufacturers increase productivity, reduce costs and support long-term growth across a wide range of applications.
At SEMICON Europa, Adaptsys will highlight its flagship Re-flex inline carrier tape forming system and the award-winning 3DInspect automated carrier tape inspection system.
Re-flex is transforming carrier tape production by manufacturing embossed carrier tape on demand, directly in-line with production. By eliminating long lead times, reducing inventory requirements and enabling rapid product changeovers, the system gives manufacturers greater flexibility while improving productivity and reducing material waste. Re-flex can also be integrated into existing production lines and connected to factory systems for enhanced traceability and real-time production data.
Complementing Re-flex, 3DInspect replaces manual carrier tape inspection with a fast, repeatable digital process. The system captures precise pocket measurements, generates comprehensive inspection reports and automatically produces Certificates of Conformance, improving traceability while providing manufacturers with greater confidence in product quality and consistency.
In addition to these technologies, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about Adaptsys’ broader portfolio of solutions for Device Programming, Tape & Reel, Carrier Tape and Automated Inspection, as well as complementary technologies from both partners V-TEK and BPM Microsystems. Together, the companies provide manufacturers with solutions that streamline production, enhance quality and support increasingly demanding electronics and semiconductor manufacturing environments.
“Our goal is to make advanced manufacturing technologies practical, accessible and valuable for our customers,” said Mathew Staunton, Marketing Manager at The Adaptsys Group. “Whether manufacturers are optimizing existing production lines or implementing new capabilities, we work closely with them to deliver tailored automation solutions that simplify production while improving efficiency and product quality.”
Visitors to Booth C2210 are invited to meet with the Adaptsys team to discuss their manufacturing challenges and discover how the company’s automation technologies can help improve productivity, reduce waste and support long-term operational success.
