Guanghong Technology’s Dual-Channel MOSFETs: Enabling High-Efficiency, Extremely Miniaturized Motor Drive Systems

In response to the trend of modern motor drives pursuing ultimate efficiency, system design is moving towards high integration and optimization. MOSFETs are indispensable in motor drive systems, precisely and efficiently converting electrical energy into the waveforms and voltages required for motor drive according to controller instructions. In a brushless DC motor (BLDC) drive circuit, a three-phase inverter composed of six MOSFETs switches at high speed and in sequence according to controller instructions, responsible for generating a rotating magnetic field and precisely controlling the operation of the BLDC motor.
