With advanced foldback I‑V characteristics, the TP5.0SMD-FL TVS diodes maintain a flat and stable clamping voltage and provide exceptional surge protection. The TP5.0SMD-FL TVS diodes also offer excellent clamping capability, with low clamping voltages and response times typically below 1 ps. The TP5.0SMD-FL TVS diodes feature thermal resistances of 15°C/W (junction-to-lead) and 75°C/W (junction-to-ambient).
