Seica AJBAN 2026 – Seica is excited to announce its participation once again this year in the AJBAN Defense Industry & Technology Exhibition 2026, taking place on September 21–22 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Visitors can meet the Seica team at Hall 11 | Booth B5, in partnership with GAEP, Seica’s sales representative for the region. At the booth, Seica will showcase the Mini 80, while visitors will also have the opportunity to learn more about the PILOT VX Flying Probe system and the VALID LR solution.
Seica has designed and manufactured innovative, technologically advanced solutions to meet the specific requirements of the defense and aerospace industry sectors, where high quality standards, reliability, and long-term support are critical.
Over the years, Seica has developed extensive expertise in legacy replacement and reverse engineering solutions, providing flexible systems for long-term logistics support. With a dedicated Military Aerospace Solutions (MAS) division, Seica continues to devote special attention to the defense sector and its unique needs.
The Mini 80 is part of Seica’s VIVA Integrated Platform (VIP™), a cost-effective solution for developing customized ICT and functional test benchmarks. It provides integrated instruments, switching matrices, and user power supplies, while offering broad flexibility in configuration and programming languages. The VIP™ platform enables easy integration of off-the-shelf instrumentation, with test sequences developed using the VIVA Test Studio environment and third-party software including LabView©, TestStand©, C, and Python.
The event will also provide an opportunity to learn more about the PILOT VX Flying Probe system and the VALID LR Legacy Replacement solution. Both the PILOT VX and VALID LR are part of Seica’s new OPERA Series, officially launched in early June. The OPERA Series represents Seica’s new generation of test solutions, developed to address the increasing complexity and evolving requirements of modern electronics manufacturing.
Seica’s flagship PILOT VX flying probe system delivers speed, precision, and smarter test execution. Built for today’s accelerated product lifecycle—from concept to production—the PILOT VX delivers significant reductions in test time thanks to its advanced mechanical architecture and proprietary motion controllers, cutting cycle times by up to 50%.
With 12 multifunction test heads and double-sided probing of up to 60 points simultaneously, the system offers unmatched coverage. High-power probing (up to 2 A per probe), microwave-based measurement capabilities, and optional high-frequency tools—including a 750+ MHz flying oscilloscope—provide exceptional diagnostic depth. The latest generation of integrated LED sensors, combining visible and infrared technologies, further expands inspection capability.
The VALID LR is Seica’s latest-generation platform for legacy replacement, designed to replace obsolete legacy systems while ensuring continuity of established test processes through full test program compatibility.
Its native multi-resource architecture enables seamless migration of existing test programs and fixtures, combining support for older technologies with high-performance, state-of-the-art tools for new test development. The VALID LR features an innovative, cableless architecture supporting up to 5,888 channels with a 1:8 digital multiplexer, as well as up to 24 programmable power supplies for flexible management of power-on tests. Its intuitive, customizable operator interface is built on a PLC system with OPC-UA communication for seamless integration into modern test environments.
All systems feature Seica’s VIVA™ software platform, designed to support intelligent integration across the customer’s manufacturing ecosystem—from MES interaction and traceability to real-time data collection and repair operations. VIVA also incorporates AI-based diagnostic enhancements to improve fault detection and suggest optimized test strategies.
Each platform is equipped with Canavisia’s Industrial Monitoring solution, enabling remote supervision of power consumption, temperature, environmental conditions, and operating behavior. This supports predictive maintenance and aligns with today’s Industry 5.0 standards for measurable, interconnected performance.
