Combining high-resolution imaging with a powerful onboard processor, it eliminates processing bottlenecks and boosts throughput. Powered by a library of over 130 vision and deep learning tools, it addresses defect detection, OCR, measurement, and calibration tasks with speed and accuracy.
- VisionXpert Smart Code Reader (XS-130): A high-performance industrial code reader designed to capture 1D and 2D barcodes with high precision. Featuring a 5MP sensor and mechanical autofocus, it reads up to 90 codes per second at distances up to 2 meters. Driven by deep learning algorithms, it ensures reliable code recognition even on distorted, low-contrast, or challenging surfaces.
End-to-End Inspection and Traceability
In addition to hardware innovations, the team will demonstrate the integrated capabilities of V-Trace Solutions:
- VisionSmartCheck: An AI-powered vision inspection and traceability solution designed to catch defects early in the manufacturing process. By pairing VisionXpert Smart Cameras with aV-ONE MARS IoT Edge Gateway, it standardises digital inspection across production stations. Inspection data flows directly to a centralised V-Trace server via a secure pipeline, simplifying integration while securing data-backed warranty defence.
- VisionSmartGuide: An AI process validation solution that upgrades static work instructions into dynamic, guided digital steps with auto step-advance. It verifies manual assembly operations in real time—detecting missing parts, wrong orientation, incorrect components, and sequence errors to ensure consistent, error-free production.
