SixG301 Ultra-Low Power IoT Wireless SoCs:

The SixG301 SoCs belong to the next-generation Series 3 platform and bring security, performance, and cost efficiency to Internet of Things (IoT) wireless product development. The SixG301 SoCs are specially designed for LED lighting, smart plugs, smart switches, and similar line-powered smart devices and applications.

The Silicon Labs SixG301 wireless SoCs, now available at Mouser, feature Silicon Labs’ Series 3 Secure Vault — a PSA Certified Level 4 security subsystem that protects data and the device. The Series 3 Secure Vault and the SixG301 SoCs also defend against emerging threats to provide security in the future. The SixG301 family includes the SiBG301 for Bluetooth, Bluetooth mesh, and proprietary 2.4GHz applications, as well as the SiMG301 for Bluetooth, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, dynamic multiprotocol, and concurrent multiprotocol applications. The SiBG301 and SiMG301 are based on a 32-bit Arm M33 core with a maximum operating frequency of 150MHz. The SixG301 SoCs also feature a high-performance radio with up to +10dBm output power, an integrated LED pre-driver, 4MB of flash memory, and 512KB of RAM.

Silicon Labs offers two development tools for the SixG301 Ultra-Low Power IoT Wireless SoCs. The SixG301 Explorer Kit (SiXG301-EK2719A) is an ultra-low-cost, small form factor development and evaluation platform for rapid prototyping and concept creation of IoT applications. The SixG301 2.4GHz +10dBm Radio Board is a wireless starter kit with the BRD4407A or BRD4408A Radio Board, depending on the variant.
