InoHD Smart Storage Solution – Inovaxe, a world leader and provider of innovative material handling and inventory control systems, today announced its participation in three upcoming SMTA regional events this April, where the company will highlight its newly introduced InoHD™ ultra-high-density smart storage system.
Following its recent debut at the 2026 APEX EXPO, Inovaxe will be engaging with attendees at each event to discuss how InoHD™ is redefining space utilization and material handling efficiency in electronics manufacturing environments.
Inovaxe representatives will be present at the following SMTA events:
- April 7, 2026 — SMTA Dallas, with Jorge Gonzalez in Covala Automation’s booth
- April 21, 2026 — SMTA Arizona, with Logan Foster
- April 30, 2026 — SMTA Atlanta, with David Ly
InoHD™ is designed to address one of the most persistent challenges in electronics manufacturing: space. The system eliminates the need for traditional storage aisles by combining servo-driven mobile shelving with Inovaxe’s smart sensing and pick-to-light technology, enabling manufacturers to store up to 310 SMT reels per square foot while maintaining fast, guided access and real-time inventory verification.
Unlike conventional storage towers, InoHD™ allows operators to access materials directly at the point of use, with built-in verification that helps eliminate picking errors. The system can store more than 10,560 SMT reels within a compact 4 ft × 8 ft footprint, significantly reducing required floor space compared to traditional stockroom layouts.
“InoHD represents a major step forward in how manufacturers think about storage and material flow,” said Ben Khoshnood, President and CEO of Inovaxe. “We’re excited to continue the momentum from APEX by connecting with customers at regional SMTA events and sharing how this new approach can solve real space and workflow challenges.”
In addition to InoHD™, Inovaxe will discuss its full portfolio of smart material handling solutions, including mobile Smart Racks, line-side storage systems, and stencil rack solutions—all designed to improve traceability, reduce labor, and optimize production efficiency.
