BTU Custom Atmosphere Furnace – BTU International, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the electronics manufacturing market, will exhibit at PCIM Europe 2026, taking place June 9-11 in Nuremberg, Germany. Attendees can visit BTU in Hall 5, Booth 330 at NürnbergMesse, where the company will exhibit jointly with longtime partner Stratus Vision GmbH.
At this year’s event, BTU will highlight its controlled atmosphere belt furnaces, which are designed and built for applications such as direct bond copper (DBC), brazing, sintering, and glass-to-metal sealing. BTU’s continuous belt furnaces are designed to operate across a wide temperature range and support various process atmospheres, including nitrogen and hydrogen. The company’s patented gas barrier technology helps maintain atmosphere purity, while its eductor-based cooling approach supports efficient thermal management and process control.
“BTU controlled atmosphere furnaces are the performance benchmark for the most demanding high temperature applications in our industry,” said Peter Franklin, Managing Director for BTU Europe. “Our systems can deliver astounding control of both thermal uniformity and atmosphere control at throughputs many times that of batch systems,” added Franklin.
With decades of experience in atmosphere-controlled thermal processing, BTU works with customers to develop furnace solutions that align with specific process requirements, throughput goals, and facility constraints.
Engineers and manufacturers attending PCIM Europe are encouraged to visit Booth 330 in Hall 5 to learn more about BTU’s capabilities and discuss their application requirements.
