IPC Training – Horizon Sales, a leading manufacturers’ representative and distributor to the electronics industry, will host its next series of Circuit Technology Training Inc. (CTTI) IPC certification classes at its Brighton, Michigan facility, offering hands-on training for electronics manufacturing professionals looking to build or sharpen their skills.
With the ongoing skills gap in the electronics industry, training has become less of “nice to have” and more of a requirement. These classes are designed to help teams improve workmanship, reduce defects, and bring more consistency to the production floor whether for new hires or experienced technicians.

Both sessions will be held at 7041 Grand River Ave, Suite 300, Brighton, MI 48114.
The training will be led by IPC-certified instructors from Circuit Technology Training Inc., who bring an average of more than two decades of real-world experience in circuit board assembly and manufacturing. The courses focus on practical, hands-on learning that translates directly to day-to-day production work.
In addition to standard IPC certifications, CTTI offers customized training programs tailored to specific processes and applications, covering everything from SMT fundamentals and soldering to rework, inspection, and specialized assembly techniques.
