Seica Showcases Pilot VX Flying Probe System and OPERA Series at New-Tech 2026

Pilot VX Flying Probe System – Seica Israel is excited to announce its participation in the New-Tech 2026 Exhibition, Israel’s largest and most influential event for the electronics and high-tech industries, taking place on June 30–July 1 at EXPO Tel Aviv, Pavilion 1.

At Booth 82, Seica will showcase the Pilot VX Flying Probe system, while visitors will also have the opportunity to learn more about the VALID LR and VALID SL solutions and their advanced testing capabilities.

All three platforms are part of Seica’s new OPERA Series, officially launched during the company’s Summer Meeting in early June. The OPERA Series represents Seica’s new generation of test solutions, developed to address the increasing complexity and evolving requirements of modern electronics manufacturing.

PILOT VX: Speed, Precision, and Smarter Test Execution
Seica’s flagship PILOT VX flying probe system will be on display. Built for today’s accelerated product lifecycle—from concept to production—the PILOT VX delivers significant test-time reduction thanks to its advanced mechanical architecture and proprietary motion controllers, cutting cycle times by up to 50%.

With 12 multifunction test heads and double-sided probing of up to 60 points simultaneously, the system offers unmatched coverage. High-power probing (up to 2 A per probe), microwave-based measurement capabilities, and optional high-frequency tools—including a 750+ MHz flying oscilloscope—provide exceptional diagnostic depth. The latest generation of integrated LED sensors, combining visible and infrared technologies, further expands inspection capability.

VALID Platform Solutions
The VALID line is engineered for high-performance in-circuit and functional testing using bed-of-nails or fixed receiver configurations. The latest VALID LR and VALID SL systems feature a cableless architecture, new 128-channel scanner cards, and support a full range of test methods.

The VALID SL is a fully automated solution for high-volume production, with configurations exceeding 4,400 channels and an enhanced operator interface for improved usability and maintenance.

The VALID LR is designed for legacy system replacement, enabling seamless migration of existing test programs and fixtures while supporting both older technologies and advanced new test development. Its multi-resource architecture offers high flexibility and performance, supporting up to 5,888 channels.

All systems feature Seica’s VIVA™ software platform, designed to support intelligent integration across the customer’s entire manufacturing ecosystem—from MES interaction and traceability to real-time data collection and repair operations. VIVA also incorporates AI-based diagnostic enhancements to improve fault detection and suggest optimized test strategies. Each platform is equipped with Canavisia’s Industrial Monitoring solution, enabling remote supervision of power consumption, temperature, environmental conditions, and operating behavior. This visibility supports predictive maintenance and aligns with today’s Industry 5.0 standards for measurable, interconnected performance.

A Milestone Year for Seica
2026 marks Seica’s 40th anniversary. Since its founding in 1986, the company has grown into a global leader in electronic board, module, and semiconductor test solutions. This year’s theme—“powerhouse of test and automation”—reflects the strength of Seica’s combined innovations in mechanical engineering, electronics design, intelligent software, and scalable automation.
