Key highlights included the expanded V510Ai Smart 3D AOI series—featuring the dual-sided inspection system (DST) for simultaneous top-bottom checking, the multi-angle robotic solution (V510Ai R) for complex assembly inspection, and the V510Ai Vision Pro, which utilises Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) technology to detect microscopic defects like inner die cracks. For advanced semiconductor packaging, the new V810Ai QX1 series provides high-penetration X-ray inspection (AXI) to analyse dense AI ASICs and shielded modules. Additionally, the event featured the upgraded VisionXpert series for intelligent, high-speed code reading and ViTrox’s AI Self-Healing solution, which automates defect verification and production optimisation to ensure consistent quality across the manufacturing workflow. All these solutions seamlessly integrate with ViTrox’s Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions Towards Industry 5.0 (V-ONE), providing a unified ecosystem that connects assets via AIoT to deliver real-time analytics and drive operational excellence across the entire production floor.
