Stocked locally at Astute’s UK warehouse, components are ready for immediate dispatch across EMEA, India, and Australia & New Zealand for rapid testing, evaluation, and production deployment.
As a participating member of the AMD Embedded Partner Network, ATS has engineered these cooling solutions to unlock maximum performance-per-watt for intensive applications including factory automation, multi-axis robotics, smart cities, and embedded vision.

- Cooling for AMD Kria™ K26 SOMs: Engineered for vision AI applications in smart cameras, security, and retail analytics. Astute stocks these solutions in straight fin or ATS maxiFLOW™ spread fin designs, across four passive versions (capable of removing 20W of heat at 300 LFM) and two active versions. Each kit includes pre-assembled high-performance thermal interface material (TIM) and mounting hardware for direct attachment to the standard K26 SOM heat spreader plate.
- Cooling for AMD Kria™ K24 SOMs: Built for space-constrained industrial motor control, medical devices, and sensor fusion systems based on AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ MPSoC architecture. These units mount directly to the K24 SOM’s standard clamshell thermal plate, sharing a compact 41.3 x 60 mm footprint with heights ranging from 9.8mm to 20.0mm. They deliver a thermal resistance as low as 0.67°C/W under ducted airflow conditions.
Early indications suggest these will be highly popular parts, with sample quantities already moving quickly across international markets for testing.
