Ersa VERSAFLOW 4/55 Training: Kurtz Ersa Announces Hands-On Maintenance and Application Training Courses in Wisconsin

Ersa VERSAFLOW 4/55 Training – Kurtz Ersa Inc. will host two back-to-back hands-on training courses focused on the Ersa VERSAFLOW 4/55 selective soldering system at its U.S. headquarters in Plymouth, Wisconsin, from Sept. 21–25, 2026.

The program is split into two courses: Maintenance Training (Sept. 21–23) and Application Training (Sept. 23–25). Both sessions will take place at the Kurtz Ersa facility at 1779 Pilgrim Road.

The Maintenance Training course is designed for engineers and maintenance personnel responsible for daily equipment upkeep. Topics include machine setup and calibration, nitrogen and pneumatic systems, electrical diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and servicing of key modules such as flux, preheat and solder. The curriculum emphasizes practical understanding and confidence in troubleshooting and routine service.

The Application Training course focuses on process and programming. Participants will cover process parameter setup, temperature profiling, lead-free solder practices, and optimizing throughput while maintaining consistent results. Hands-on exercises using the VERSAFLOW 4/55 system and programming tools are integrated throughout the course.

Both sessions are intentionally limited in size to allow for direct, individualized instruction and ample practical time on the equipment. Participants who complete either course will receive a certificate of completion recognizing their training on the VERSAFLOW 4/55 platform.
