The ATEK181P3 is a wideband low noise amplifier covering 0.01 to 10 GHz while delivering 21 dB gain and a low 1.0 dB typical noise figure. With integrated 50-ohm matching, +20 dBm output P1dB performance, and single-supply operation, the amplifier simplifies receiver front-end design.
ATEK888BP5 – 20 to 550 MHz Tunable Low Pass Filter
The ATEK888BP5 digitally controlled tunable low pass filter provides 32 selectable filter states across the 20 to 550 MHz frequency range. Offering low insertion loss, high linearity, positive-supply operation, and a compact 5 x 5 mm package, the filter enables flexible interference mitigation and signal conditioning.
ATEK673N5 – 4 to 23 GHz Switchable 6-Filter Bank with Bypass
The ATEK673N5 integrates six sub-octave bandpass filters covering 4 to 23 GHz with greater than 45 dBc rejection and fast switching performance. An integrated bypass path allows designers to add external filters, amplifiers, or through-line configurations.
ATEK656BN5 – 2 to 18 GHz Switchable Filter Bank
The ATEK656BN5 combines six switchable sub-octave bandpass filters in a compact 5 x 5 mm package covering 2 to 18 GHz. Designed for high dynamic range receivers, it delivers up to +32 dBm IIP3 and 130 ns tuning speed.
ATEK896BN6 – 1 to 18 GHz 1024-State Tunable Bandpass Filter with Dual Bypass
The ATEK896BN6 provides exceptional frequency agility through 1,024 digitally selectable filter states spanning 1 to 18 GHz. Featuring better than 45 dBc rejection, sub-200 ns tuning capability, two integrated bypass paths, the low-power single-supply operation of + 5 V @ 15 mA eliminates the need for negative voltage rails.
