Compact & Cost-effective PCB mounting encapsulated AC-DC Power Supplies

PSUs conform to new standard EN/IEC62368-1 & designed to meet EN60335. Very low standby power consumption

FiDUS Power announces the introduction of the AMC series of very compact and cost-effective PCB mounting encapsulated AC-DC power supplies. Conforming to the new EN/IEC62368-1 safety standard they are designed to meet EN60335 for use in home electrical appliances and similar point-of-power applications.

These new AMC class II power supply modules meet EN55032 level B for both conducted and radiated noise without additional components. They feature a wide temperature range from -40 to +70°C and low no-load power consumption of <0.1W.

Output voltages are available from 3.3 to 24VDC with power ratings of 5W (AMC05S), 10W (AMC10S) , 20-25W (AMC25), 30W (AMC30), 50W (AMC50) or 60W (AMC60) with a wide input range 90-305VAC (AMC60 90—264VAC) and all models have a FiDUS 5 year warranty.

Comments Mark Gibbons, Engineering Manager at FiDUS Power: “PCB mounted encapsulated power supplies find many applications in industrial, automation, building automation, instrumentation and domestic white-goods where size and safety are important, and environments may be challenging.”

As with most FiDUS power supplies, free engineering samples can be delivered from stock on short lead-times, and all models are backed by the company’s 5-year warranty.
