Harwin is expanding its Kontrol range of 1.27mm pitch connectors, introducing a new single-row series designed for industrial and EV applications. With 49 new products, including SMT connectors and double-ended cable assemblies, this range offers increased design flexibility and robust performance in demanding environments.

Features:

  • Available in 2 to 12 pin configurations for precise design adaptability
  • Vertical and horizontal SMT connectors with full shrouding for pin protection
  • Polarized design and latched tool-free mating to prevent misalignment and ensure secure connections
  • UL-Specification 26 AWG ribbon cables in 150mm and 300mm lengths

Technical Specifications:

  • Current rating: 1.2A per contact
  • Contact resistance: 25mΩ
  • Qualified for up to 500 mating operations
  • Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C (board-to-board) and -20°C to +105°C (cable-to-board/cable-to-cable)
  • Vibration resistance up to 20 G for 12 hours
  • Available in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly with disposable pick-and-place caps
