
Linxens, a global leader in the manufacturing of components for the smartcard, security documents, healthcare, and IoT markets, announces the appointment of Valentine Ferréol as Vice President of Information Systems.
Leading a team spread across Linxens’ various locations in Europe and Asia, Valentine Ferréol will be responsible for anticipating the Group’s future information systems and digital transformation needs, optimizing organizational processes, and defining the IT model and enterprise architecture in line with the company’s strategy. She will also oversee all IT department resources, including research, personnel, budgets, and investments.
With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and IT management, Valentine Ferréol brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Before joining Linxens, she served as Chief Digital & Information Officer and Transformation & Transition Manager in several telecom, IT services, and digital transformation consulting firms. During this time, she successfully led digital transformation projects, managed large teams, and developed innovative solutions, particularly in the areas of IT performance, technological change, management transformation, and enterprise-wide business process re-engineering. She has also been an independent director for over 10 years.
In addition to her career, Valentine Ferréol is a committed professional, who has made significant contributions to the French digital ecosystem over the years. She chaired the G9+ Institute (a French think tank focused on digital) for four years, and since 2007, she has chaired the IT & Digital Club at Arts et Métiers. She is also involved in networks such as QuelquesFemmesDuNumérique and FrenchWomenCIO, which supports women in tech.
