Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and HUMAIN, the PIF company delivering global full-stack artificial intelligence solutions, today announced plans to open a new Qualcomm AI Engineering Center at HUMAIN in Riyadh to support HUMAIN’s roll-out of 200 megawatts of data center capacity based on Qualcomm advanced Cloud AI solutions starting in 2026.
HUMAIN and Qualcomm previously announced a transformative collaboration to deploy advanced AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, delivering high-performance AI inference services at industry-leading performance per total cost of ownership (TCO) in the Kingdom and globally. Powering this infrastructure is Qualcomm’s Cloud AI hardware and software, including the Qualcomm AI200 and AI250 rack solutions.
Qualcomm AI Engineering Center will cover advanced AI engineering capabilities that fast-track the development and deployment of fully optimized HUMAIN edge-to-cloud services, customer engineering to scale a wide range of best-in-class AI solutions by HUMAIN, AI model on-boarding, technology and ecosystem development, and world-class AI training capabilities. Qualcomm AI Engineering center will open in December 2025 and will be co-located with HUMAIN in Riyadh for close integration and time-to-market enablement.
“We are pleased to announce the next phase of our successful collaboration with HUMAIN – bringing leading AI expertise to Riyadh through our new AI Engineering Center. Co-located with HUMAIN, it will serve as a key technology and ecosystem development hub designed to streamline and accelerate deployment of the most advanced services based on Qualcomm AI solutions for data centers,” said Cristiano Amon, President and CEO at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
“We are collaborating with Qualcomm Technologies to deliver world-class AI infrastructure solutions, and with the new Qualcomm AI Engineering Center co-located with HUMAIN, we are now combining our talents to accelerate the rollout of our advanced data center capacity and solutions,” said Tareq Amin, Chief Executive Officer at HUMAIN. “The collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies goes from strength to strength as, together, we look to unlock value across industries to lead the next era of artificial intelligence innovation.”
