All HEPA and ULPA filters produced by AAF are manufactured in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom environment. These high efficiency filters are individually tested by automatic filter scanner EN 1822 testing machine and packed in controlled environment.

Through EN1822 testing machine, leak detection and filtration efficiency measurement is performed automatically. Relevant test data and results are logged in the system after each test and printed test reports are attached to individual filter as a proof of their filtration efficiency. Each printed copy of the test result shows the actual particle penetration acceptance indicators in a 3D map. This feature can easily help identify the filter’s performance in a glimpse to the test result
